TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESIDENTIAL.

ARRIVAL TIMES —We provide an estimated arrival time and will always try to be consistent, but due to the time consuming and unpredictable
nature of cleaning, an exact time of arrival cannot be guaranteed.

ADD-ONS AND TRADES —Anything outside of our agreed upon scope of work including the cleaning of rooms not originally included in the bid are considered add-ons and additional fees will apply. Trades are at the discretion of the office. All add-ons and trades must be processed through the office, and not through employees. Employees are not authorized to deviate from the work order without prior approval from management. All add-ons must be scheduled ahead of time.

LOCKOUT POLICY—Please be sure we can enter your home, either by providing us with a key, a code or leaving a door unlocked. If we arrive for a scheduled service and are unable to access your home a $50 lock out fee will be charged and will need to be paid before the next scheduled cleaning or added to the next cleaning payment.

EFFECTIVENESS—Please be prepared for us before we arrive, we can do a more thorough job if the house is prepared before we get there. Have personal items cleared away and rooms ready to be cleaned.

CANCELLATIONS—Please provide at least 48 hours' notice when cancelling when possible. If notified under 48 hours’ there will be a 50% charge of full cost. If you are a weekly account and skip 2 or more times in a row there will be an additional charge of 10% of full cost to cover additional time to clean. If you are a bi-weekly or less account and skip 1 or more times the same fee applies. If Longoria’s Cleaning and More LLC cancels for any reason this policy does not apply.

PAYMENT—Payment is due at the time of service. We require a Credit Card to be on file but not necessary for form of payment for service. We accept cash, credit cards, bank transfers, or checks. Checks can be made to Longoria’s Cleaning and More LLC. We do not accept post-dated checks. There is a $35 fee for all returned checks.

SICK POLICY —If anyone in the home is sick with a contagious illness (flu, cold, pneumonia, chicken pox, lice, etc.) please reschedule your cleaning. We want to limit the possibility of transferring illnesses from one home to another. To be fair to all the customers and staff, please wait until you are well again. We will also not send a sick employee to your home for the same reasons.

BODILY FLUIDS —We do not clean animal cages, litter boxes, animal droppings, human or pet feces, urine, vomit, soiled clothing, or similar biohazards.  We will clean around boxes, etc. but cannot by
OSHA standards clean up actual bodily fluids.

CLEANING —we assume all surfaces are sealed, i.e. countertops, floors, etc. If you are aware of any surface that is not sealed, please notify us during your initial walk through so that we may take appropriate actions.

RATE CHANGES Longoria’s Cleaning and More LLC reserves the right to reevaluate rates at any time based on the amount of time it takes to perform our services to meet the client's standards.

We monitor the actual cleaning time for the initial 2-3 months of service and occasionally thereafter. Longoria’s Cleaning and More LLC will contact the
client to discuss possible price or service revisions if the cleaning time differs drastically from the bid.

CHILDREN, PETS, AND PLANTS —If you have children, plants, or pets our cleaning staff appreciate that they are safe and secured and that you also pick up after them before our arrival. Additional clutters, toys, etc. will add additional time to clean and will affect your cleaning bill. Your pets are members of your family and we
respect that. However, if your pet is afraid of vacuums, territorial or overly friendly and will not allow us to do our work, we may suggest that they be placed in areas that we are not working. Due to the individual care that plants require, we are not able to water or maintain them.

SUPPLIES —Longoria’s Cleaning and More LLC will provide all equipment and supplies except for trash liners, unless the client prefers to provide supplies. Exceptions are if the client has any specialty cleaners they prefer.

WEATHER —Longoria’s Cleaning and More LLC will be closed for business when extremely severe weather causes dangerous driving conditions or the Sheriff’s office warns against driving.  We will give every effort to rescheduling as quickly as possible.

HOLIDAYS—Longoria’s Cleaning and More LLC will be closed on the following national holidays: New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If your cleaning falls on any of these days and you would like to reschedule around them, please note the earlier you contact us the better as we fill up around holidays very quickly.

SERVICE QUALITY GUARANTEE —We take pride in our work; your 100% satisfaction is our primary objective. Therefore, we prefer to conduct a walkthrough with you after each visit to address any issues, but if this is not possible and you are dissatisfied with our job performance, you are required to notify us within 24 hours of service in order for us to address and correct any problems at no additional cost to you. Longoria’s Cleaning and More LLC will not review any complains after 24 hours of the provided service. If we should ever miss a small detail and you decide to
correct it yourself, please let us know as your feedback is what makes us better!

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY —Our staff take great care when cleaning your home, but occasionally accidents do occur. Our policy is to inform you immediately when this happens but if you notice any breakage/damage please notify us immediately so that we may take appropriate action. Longoria’s Cleaning and More LLC will not be responsible for hanging items and shelves that have not been properly secured to the wall or for items broken or damaged in the cleaning process due to product wear-and-tear. Please point out items which are irreplaceable due to sentimental or monetary value as these items cannot be clean due to insurance regulations. Longoria’s Cleaning and More LLC will not be liable for items not disclosed.

ALLERGIES — If you or anyone in your home is allergic to any kind of chemicals or pets, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can come up with a plan to keep you safe. Longoria’s Cleaning and More LLC will not be liable for any unknown allergies.

CLOGGED UP DRAINAGE — If you are aware of this problem, you must notify us before your upcoming appointment. Longoria’s Cleaning and More LLC will not be able to clean clogged up sinks, toilets, showers, or tubs.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES Services may be terminated by either party for any reason. Please kindly give at least 48 hours' notice for all canceled appointments.
