How to prepare for my Cleaning Appointment?

Have all personal items cleared away and rooms ready to be cleaned.

Please be prepared for us before we arrive, we can do a more thorough job if the house is prepared before we get there.

make sure we can access your home.

If you haven’t already done so. Please send instructions on how to access the home if you will not be there. Send a lock box code or let us know where to find a hidden key. Pictures are preferred!

parking instructions.

If you haven’t already done so. Please send parking instructions. Let us know if we have to pay for parking or if you have a parking permit for our techs!

if you would like any sheets changed, please put all clean sets on each bed.

We have used this system for years! This tells your cleaning tech that you want your bed stripped and a clean set on! They will put all dirty sheets on top of the washer or in the laundry basket!

Children, Pets, And Plants.

If you have children, plants, or pets our cleaning staff appreciate that they are safe and secured and that you also pick up after them before our arrival. Additional clutters, toys, etc. will add additional time to clean and will affect your cleaning bill. Due to the individual care that plants require, we are not able to water or maintain them.

bodily fluids.

We do not clean animal cages, litter boxes, animal droppings, human or pet feces, urine, vomit, soiled clothing, or similar biohazards.  We will clean around boxes, etc. but cannot by OSHA standards clean up actual bodily fluids.

special instructions.

Please send all special instructions (or pictures) to us before your appointment. These instructions are uploaded to your workorder and allows us to provide a consistent service each visit (no matter the tech).

if you need to reschedule or cancel:

—Please notify us at least 48 hours prior. We schedule all appointments in advance. We are committed to offer a full schedule to our Cleaning Techs, a last-minute cancelation, impacts their pay tremendously as they only work Monday - Friday! We will send you an appointment reminder via email two days prior to avoid any penalties.

Move-in / move-out Cleanings.

Please make sure all utilities are on. A penalty fee of 50% of full cost will result if we are unable to clean your home due to this manner.
